Well 2016 is just around the corner and a new year normally brings new resolutions for many people. Have you thought of any resolutions you would like to introduce this coming year? For me, I would like to try daily meditation. I’ve never been one for meditation as my mind wanders too much about what I should and could be doing instead of meditating however I know that regular meditation has lots of benefits so that is my aim for this year.
